Photo taken yesterday as I walked by the Port of Olympia in Washington. It appears that I have brought the good weather with me from Southern California, where I had been working for almost two months.

New Blog

Welcome to my new blog. I have decided that I needed something more dynamic on this site. My old website was at least a couple of years old and it no longer reflected my present reality. You can still get to it by clicking here if you miss it that badly.

I love portraits and fashion photography and I will continue to do it as much as time and opportunity allows it. However, 2008 has been and will continue to be a year of many travels. I anticipate that the photos posted here will be pretty random as I won't be shooting anything specific. As of right now, I don't have an agenda or set purpose on most of these travels. I will be traveling for my government job (unrelated to photography for the most part) and for fun. My camera is going with me, mostly because it is just as essential to my well being as my toothbrush.

I intend on taking you everywhere with me as I choose a few of my favorite shots along the way and post them here. Feel free to leave a comment and to participate as much as you want.
